Handmade Open-Weave Scarf: Forget Me Not
This exquisitely handcrafted one of a kind scarf was woven by Megan Karlen of Conscientious Cloth, in her studio in North Adams, MA. The fiber is a blend of 60% organic cotton and 40% linen sourced from Quebec.
This open-weave cloth is like a painting - when you open it up fully, you can see the piece as a whole, all of the elements are working together to make the entire work. Because it is woven with so much space, you can see each thread and how it adds to the work.
