The flavor profile of our favorite Heirloom apples are bold, crisp, and with a nice, juicy tartness.  Simmered in Vermont maple syrup for an extended period of time, these apples become creamy and buttery with maple’s unique essence. Perfect paired with a classic Cheddar; delicious with fresh baked scones or pecan pie;  and superb accompaniment for roast pork or chicken.
