Woman: Miracle

This figure is about what we carry inside before it is born. A child, an idea, a question that has been waiting for its moment. Pregnancy here is wider than the body — it is the practice of holding something precious until it is ready. A wooden figure for the desk where new things are being made, the shelf that watches over a project, the room where a family begins.

Solid ash or maple wood. Water-based pigment. Ages 3+

Designed in collaboration with illustrator Olga Rotaenko, finished by hand in Korosten, Ukraine.

Packaged in a gift box.
